PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The **National Certificate: Local Economic Development LV 5** is designed to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of Local Economic Development (LED). This qualification equips individuals with the necessary skills to contribute effectively to the economic growth and development of their communities through strategic planning and implementation of local initiatives.

This qualification serves as a stepping stone for further studies in the field, paving the way for advanced qualifications at NQF Level 6.
