PROGRAM DESCRIPTION 

 

The MBA program in Quality Management develops your analytical skills and enhances your sound judgement as necessary competencies to be able to contribute to improvements in quality systems, services or products. The program equips you with the necessary knowledge and skills to analyse business challenges, determine root causes of nonconformities, and initiate improvements in productivity, effectiveness and efficiency. 

You become familiar with analysis tools, develop strategic reasoning, and enhance problem-solving as well as decision making skills. You learn not only the theory of various concepts but also the technical applications of these concepts that consecutively help you to design, implement, and manage quality systems in an organization.
